NATO’s new Secretary General Mark Rutte was visiting Kyiv on Thursday, in a show of support for Ukraine just two days into the role, AFP journalists reported. Rutte addressed journalists alongside Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky in the Ukrainian capital.
