Russia’s central bank warned on Tuesday that another rate hike was possible, after raising its key interest rate to 12 percent earlier in the day. “In the case of a strengthening of pro-inflation risks, an additional increase of the key rate is possible,” the central bank was quoted as saying by Russian news agencies.
