Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived Tuesday in US Congress to press increasingly reluctant Republicans to back his country’s fight against Russian invasion with renewed US military aid. Zelensky was due to meet with leaders in the Senate and House of Representatives before moving on to the White House for talks with President Joe Biden.
